Combining my traditional training in Japanese pottery and research in Danish design, I create high fired functional pottery and large scale modern sculpture.

I have invented the unique glazes I use through years of research & experimentation. My white bumpy glaze crawls apart naturally like mud drying, while my high-color wood fired work is placed in the kiln with no glaze and relies entirely upon the flame for the colors and effects.
